I’ve been a customer at Peet’s Coffee for over 20 years, and they’ve always provided outstanding customer service. Recently, I accidentally bought the wrong one-pound bag of coffee, and the manager was kind enough to exchange it for me without any hassle. They truly value their customers and consistently go above and beyond. Great coffee, great people, and excellent service. Highly recommend!
