Step into Pho Viet for a true taste of Vietnam! The dishes are not only delicious but also healthy. Customers can enjoy fried rice with chicken, rice noodle soup with tofu and vegetables, or grilled beef marinated over small vermicelli. The broth had a flavor that was unlike any flavor broth. It had a sweeter taste to it and was great. Some found the tofu lacking in the noodle dish, while others felt the food was a bit bland. The parking is tricky as it horseshoes around the restaurant, but aside from that, eating at Pho Viet was an experience. This is the best Pho ever. Great service and prices! Overall, it's worth a try for an authentic Vietnamese experience.
