Pokitomik

I had an outstanding experience with Pokitomik, and I want to give a special shoutout to Daniel for making it truly exceptional. From start to finish, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that all of my questions were answered clearly and promptly.

This poke is always so fresh and I love the Hawaiian Habanero sauce. The large portion size is actually a really great amount of poke and the place itself is super clean. I like seeing that level of cleanliness when I’m buying raw fish. Now it’s not a lot of seating so don’t expect to all sit down if you have a large group of friends. When I went, the soft drink machine wasn’t working but that’s alright I don’t even drink soda anyway. Also you could get whatever drink you want from the gas station that’s 10 steps away. Small but neat poke spot. Easily my favorite spot in SCV.

My first time going here and the food is very good. I got the regular size poke bowl and it was delicious and filling. The girl working behind the counter was very helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted.

Love this place! I come here almost once a week on my lunch break for a poke bowl. The fish is fresh and delicious and the portions are more generous than other poke places I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

The best thing I've ever eaten is the poke burrito.

Gross... Not edible or fresh Sushi... Awful! Also, Taro Boba Tea tasted like water (& i ordered with no ice) & Boba was hard & not round. So disappointing!

I’ve ordered from this place probably 30 times at least. I love this place. The portions of fish were generous, they always followed the order notes (all I ask is they put a letter on top of the plastic bowl so we can tell the bowls apart without having to dig through it to tell the difference), they even did little cute touches like putting big smiley faces on the bag. The bowls were beautiful and tasty and you could tell the effort that was put in.

——Quality has gone down hill the last few months. I’m disappointed. I’m doing three stars because I don’t want to tank their google rating by putting one star. The portions are smaller, they don’t follow order notes, the presentation is sloppier, instead of two wedges of lemon or at least one full wedge of lemon, I get a tiny quarter of a lemon. They forget my sauce so it’s dry. This time they messed up our order and instead of a shrimp tempura bowl, we got two random poke bowls instead? I keep ordering hoping it’s a fluke but the last six orders there’s at least one thing wrong with the order, or it’s just made badly. It’s a bummer.
*keep in mind, the fish is fresh, nothing wrong with the ingredients they serve, it just seems like service really went downhill*

Had it delivered within 30 min and it was tasty. The presentation was lovely and the hot Cheetos were tastefully done. The portions are generous and delicious. Wonderful.

Never write reviews here but I felt compelled to this time because of the amazing manager of this location! I did not catch her name which I regret but she is AMAZING!!! I ordered a sushi burrito and some spam musubi. I didn't even realize the spam masubi's were missing until the manager called me and offered to deliver my missing item for no extra charge. She came and dropped off my order plus some cookies and a drink for no extra cost! Honestly, this goes above-and-beyond. I appreciate her so much she really made my day. IF ANYONE FROM CORPORATE IS READING THIS, GIVE HER A RAISE!!! :) <33
