Gross... Not edible or fresh Sushi... Awful! Also, Taro Boba Tea tasted like water (& i ordered with no ice) & Boba was hard & not round. So disappointing!

I’ve ordered from this place probably 30 times at least. I love this place. The portions of fish were generous, they always followed the order notes (all I ask is they put a letter on top of the plastic bowl so we can tell the bowls apart without having to dig through it to tell the difference), they even did little cute touches like putting big smiley faces on the bag. The bowls were beautiful and tasty and you could tell the effort that was put in.

——Quality has gone down hill the last few months. I’m disappointed. I’m doing three stars because I don’t want to tank their google rating by putting one star. The portions are smaller, they don’t follow order notes, the presentation is sloppier, instead of two wedges of lemon or at least one full wedge of lemon, I get a tiny quarter of a lemon. They forget my sauce so it’s dry. This time they messed up our order and instead of a shrimp tempura bowl, we got two random poke bowls instead? I keep ordering hoping it’s a fluke but the last six orders there’s at least one thing wrong with the order, or it’s just made badly. It’s a bummer.
*keep in mind, the fish is fresh, nothing wrong with the ingredients they serve, it just seems like service really went downhill*

Had it delivered within 30 min and it was tasty. The presentation was lovely and the hot Cheetos were tastefully done. The portions are generous and delicious. Wonderful.

Never write reviews here but I felt compelled to this time because of the amazing manager of this location! I did not catch her name which I regret but she is AMAZING!!! I ordered a sushi burrito and some spam musubi. I didn't even realize the spam masubi's were missing until the manager called me and offered to deliver my missing item for no extra charge. She came and dropped off my order plus some cookies and a drink for no extra cost! Honestly, this goes above-and-beyond. I appreciate her so much she really made my day. IF ANYONE FROM CORPORATE IS READING THIS, GIVE HER A RAISE!!! :) <33

Excellent service! Nice staff! Quick pick up and the cutest written thank you with my name on my pick up bag, nicely placed in the fridge! Thanks Pokitomik! Fish was fresh and tasty! Albeit, tad expensive too. But worth! The shrimp tempura excellent though pricey, and paired spicy sweet and sour sauce was good!

Parking: Lots of spaces in the parking lot. Can get busy though.

Kid-friendliness: Clean spot! Kids are welcome

Tremendous customer service, and built a great bowl. Got the medium bowl with 3 scoops of meat, and 5 scoops of toppings. This filled the bowl, and was a good amount of food for the money. Wonder about those buying a smaller bowl, as they look to be served in the same container. If you want a full container, get the 3 or more scoops of protein.

The Poki bowl size was unfortunately not what I am used to :( I love the cute writing on the bag :) My partner ordered through Insta Cart and wanted to try out a new Poki restaurant. I’m used to a size large having much more rice and toppings. The sweet salmon was good, but the Albacore looked a little different. The spicy tuna tasted good. I wanted Hot Cheetos, but I was sad to find out that I didn’t like the taste with the fish. The bowl was way too small for the price. I probably won’t order from here again, but the sweet salmon is good!

I got 2 regular bowls with salmon and tuna, as well as a tuna taco. Everything was absolutely delicious. High quality ingredients and good portion sizes. I eat poke often but this was my first time here. The next time I get a poke craving I will definitely be going to

Ordered on Ubereats when I was craving poke. It was so yummy and made me relieved that SCV has a good and reasonably priced poke bowl place. I got it for my lunch at work and all my coworkers kept asking where I got it and wanted a bite so bad lol. I definitely had enough to save for my lunch for the next day. I came to the store another day to get a bowl and the staff is really friendly and efficient. I also like that they have spam musubi that has some teriyaki sauce on it and it’s pretty good. Overall I recommend!

The best poki spot in Valencia! After trying a couple different places this is my go to, generous portion, not overly expensive, and a rewards system! Worth the try!
