So you know that terrible feeling you have after eating a donut? Like you ate something with zero nutritional value and you just sacrificed your health consciousness to a lapse in willpower. My mind was expecting to feel that way after eating this delicious protein donut Mel was just pulling out of the oven as I walked in (at 1pm, 6 hours after most donut shops stop making fresh donuts). Very much a fan! The drinks are amazing from the protein chai coffee and shakes to all the tea's. The protein doughnuts and oats are always delicious in every flavor I have tried. The owner Mel has created something truly wonderful here! I can't wait for the specials menu to return. As if you needed another reason to come visit lol.
I was close by to this coffee shop and needed a quick boost to run my errands and boy was I surprised. They are more health, conscious with their coffee and beverages and I tried the protein coffee. It was amazing. The fact that it was health conscious and sweetened with Stevia and protein made it more satisfying. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend you guys try this place.
