Service needs more help. And be more worried about the customer and not the bottom line of the store. If I spend 150 in char boxes and ask for 2 more ranches, but you are worried about making sure the store makes an extra 1.60. Is sad

I live in SCV and frequent this Habit Burger location, food is really great. What made it better today was my experience with Nick, the manager on site. We had a slight issue with our order, and Nick was super helpful. He made it right and went above and beyond. Thank you Nick and the awesome team at The Habit in SCV on McBean Pkwy.

My friend in Santa Clarita recommended this burger place so we went there. The burger was delicious however the restaurant had a very bad smell in the lobby area. We did take-out so everyone was waiting outside due to the smell. I asked the staff what is that smell and we were told it was a pipe issue. The customer next to me said they come in all the time and the smell is still there! Not good at all! 😕
