Food was very poor. I had a double cheese burger, and the meat was black around the edges, a sign of old meat. My wife ordered a crispy fish sandwich with just lettuce. They put lettuce, pickles cheese and white sauce. I returned the sandwich and within a minute, they returned the sandwich with lettuce only as ordered, but with white sauce on one side of the fish same fish as before. Fries were hot, but over cooked. Bad service, I was hesitant about going, but I won't return. The Saugus location needs a remodel, so that's why I came here. I'm done with Wendy!!!!

I ask for the number 2 they get my order wrong and try to charge me $40. I tell them I got a number 2 and give me a chicken sandwich.

This Wendy's has great employees that never screw up your order and they always serve fresh food. The only thing weird here is, corporate is measuring each Wendy's drive-through times and now it appears that the store managers are asking their employees to ask customers to back their cars up so they don't count as being at the window waiting for food. I sure hope that if good drive-through metrics results any bonus that the bonus is passed on to the employees.

Ordered a Swiss croissant, SEC biscuit, 4pc french toast. Paid over 12$. Expensive. Ended up getting 2 plain sausage biscuits and the 4pc sticks. I denied recieving the receipt and I didnt realize what I got till I got to work. I then called the store. I heard them answer then immediately got hung up on, twice. It's the only Wendy's in the area... Don't think I'll be going back tho.
