Ordered a Swiss croissant, SEC biscuit, 4pc french toast. Paid over 12$. Expensive. Ended up getting 2 plain sausage biscuits and the 4pc sticks. I denied recieving the receipt and I didnt realize what I got till I got to work. I then called the store. I heard them answer then immediately got hung up on, twice. It's the only Wendy's in the area... Don't think I'll be going back tho.
I love this location and frequent it a lot.The only issue that I have, is that when you do a mobile order or are the only person in the line and no one is behind you. You end up pulling up to the window and the employee asks you to put your car in reverse so that you can back up behind the pressure sensor until they are finished with your order.This kinda peeves me off because I used to work in fast food and I know that is a tactic that the manager makes the drive thru ask, because...read full review

This Wendy's has great employees that never screw up your order and they always serve fresh food. The only thing weird here is, corporate is measuring each Wendy's drive-through times and now it appears that the store managers are asking their employees to ask customers to back their cars up so they don't count as being at the window waiting for food. I sure hope that if good drive-through metrics results any bonus that the bonus is passed on to the employees.
