The service is horrible, the women working there are more interested in talking among each other than to service their customers. She’s paying more attention to her kid in the back that to help out. I was waiting until I had to speak up.

The little white girl from the morning shift is my favorite!!! She’s so sweet and patient with the elder customers. Please make this girl employee of the month!!

Been going here to get donuts for years. Pleasant place. Lots of tasty treats to taste from. Staff is nice and service is quick and done well. Breaks my heart seeing so many bad reviews for this place. The only bad thing about this place is that there is litter sometimes (excuse my grammar) but only a few pieces of trash here and there. The place is small but the most you’ll wait in line is 10 minutes.

It is the worst experience I have had in this place, only one very friendly young cashier but the others the worst costumer service I have ever received and I waited for my food for 8 minutes and went to ask if Mero was coming. Be there and the cashier told me and why until now she comes to ask questions they already had the screen erased and they forgot to give me the food and not even an apology but to be talking to the men who arrived there they served them quickly and so on. Some kindness and I don't know if the owner was there but he didn't even apologize when he saw the situation. The truth is, this is the first time I'm going and the last and I will tell my acquaintances not to go to this place because they are so rude and with this attitude like you are asking them for free and I only hope that things are better for their clients because then they are going to go bankrupt. Have a great day.

The women who work there have very bad service, especially a thin girl with thin eyebrows, who makes us look like she could hit us. He insulted us with the finger and the person in charge of the place does nothing about it. I have been thinking about calling supervision to check the work environment. They are rude and arrogant I hope their boss noticed
His manager doesn't put a stop to it. The food is good and the donuts but how they treat the customer is not

I ordered 2 extreme bacon avocado bagel melts,
I didn’t receive 2 bagel melts instead she gave me bagel sandwiches, I wasn’t upset when I walked back in I noticed it when I got back to the car. She told me when I came back that I didn’t order that, I did say it several times. She asked me what I wanted to do about it and offered to remake it just didn’t offer any sort of “maybe I misheard you” or an apology. She let me keep the bagels, in which I paid for already. I paid for one extreme melt because she insisted I didn’t order that said bagel. I wasn’t going to argue, she gave me one for free and said she made it extra special, yet half way did the second one with barely any avocado and barely any cheese. Not upset, just disappointed in the service. Hopefully next time will be better. These are the two extreme melts

They don’t change their gloves after handling money. Straight from the register to the food. It’s the second time I’ve said something about it and nothing changes.

The ladies are always rude. I paid for extra aguacate and she put 1 slice 1inch by a 1/4 inch. When i told them there was no aguacate she told the other lady well tell her look again. I paid extra for basically nothing.
