Your service has a lot to be desired. Customers should be treated with respect! Food should be delivered in a timely manner! If there is a complaint!!! Address it in a professional way. Otherwise, you will lose more customers which mean MONEY for you!
Long-standing customer, see the incinerator style Chicken Satay they delivered last night after a one hour wait for a delivery 2.5 miles from their restaurant.
The owner was rude, non responsive and could have cared less. She never ever apologized!
She saw no problem with us having to wait another hour to get a replacement order for the incinerated Chicken Satay and was just obstinate and rude.
