The fries and shakes are the real heroes here.The staff has always been welcoming and friendly when we are there.We are not rushed and the service is prompt without being intrusive.
We were walking around down town Santa Cruz and worked up an appetite for a burger.We stopped in at Betty Burgers and I’m so happy we did. The ambience is so fun and hip.The service was top notch. We were seated right away, orders taken promptly and it wasn’t long for food to arrive.We ordered 4 different burgers. All of us loved the one we got. The service was quick, and staff were very friendly. We had a dog with us and staff was very nice to it. All the fries were seasoned well and made with just the right amount of crispness. The Biddy Burger is on the kids menu, but is still really filling. The decorations inside were so interesting, fun, and cute!
