Try to at least figure out a carnitas-style chicken (use thighs)... My burrito had tomato sauce in it today? I imagine pork and alcohol must have equalled ~30% of total sales. I can understand change in ownership switching to halal (though the carnitas was legendary), but all the other changes to menu seem like either a rookie move or gross over-confidence. The shop had so many regulars. I hope they can return to center a bit. I used to eat there 4 times a week. Now with the bridge...

Hit or miss with this place. I haven’t found much consistency and have had to return items like 3 times now. Got a tostada with a huge long black hair in it yesterday.

Also, I ordered a carne asada burrito today and I’m currently writing this review while on the toilet at 2am….

Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is the best, Jasmine and Diego are always there and make some incredible food. I live in 14th and have loved walking here and basically making this place a daily part of life. The pastor is the best in town!!

Unfortunate they are now under new ownership and the new owners are changing the menu and removed all pork and alcohol from the store. The place is very clean now, but it’s so sad to see the place change so much so...
