Not health food, but it's a burger place! The milkshakes are great - the round fried potato things are good. Sauces are good and taste freshly made. The burgers are fine. They are not big, but so what. I think it's just as good as Jack's or the Habit. It's a lot better than most of the places here in Santa Cruz. Tons better than most. If you are okay about the calorie content - go for it! Definitely better than 3 stars!

1/2 my order missing and they wont answer phone to address. So basically they stole my monet. No joke, fries were uncooked. Food I did get was nasty and beef tasted like week old beef. Sure franchise is good cuz Ive heard good things but this location ownership sucks

Thank you! Our first lunch stop failed miserably and I left hungry. I had never tried any of the BurgerIM locations before so we stopped in and gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and quick. The place was reasonably clean, and the employees were friendly. I don't live in the area, but certainly on my list the next time we are around.

Went in today and Sam and Joe in the front were great! Super helpful with the menu and getting my order out on time. Would come back just for them! :)

This was my first time at this location and to ever try BurgerIM and I can say this OMG was it delicious. They might be in the smaller size but that's good for those trying to lean back on extra Fat. For the employees they need to get retrained I dont believe that hearing you talk about other guest on the phone is acceptable. For the Manager/ower I do believe you need to retrain the staff on proper food retail. Dont be on your phone in the front dont speak about guest at all. For the kitchen staff they made the facility great with there upbeat personality and great additude. But other then that. Great burger just retrain staff good job kitchen.

This place has pretty decent sliders, but it is very small inside with not much atmosphere to speak of. The staff was not very professional, and was talking loudly of how drunk they had gotten the night before. Not the most appealing thing to listen to while eating.

Absolutely amazing burgers and even better customer service. . I would definitely recommend the sweet potato fries! This has to be one of the newest burger places in town but it sure might compare to the one down the street. As a burger connoisseur, I can definitely speak to the quality of their burger. On a scale of Big Mac to Double Double this is definitely very high up on the scale and easily dwarfs contenders like the Big Carl and the Whopper and on a good day it dwarves the five guys burger too.

Excellent service and food. Red and Daniel both went out of their way to suggest menu items and sauces that they thought we would enjoy. We would go back for the great service alone, the excellent burgers were an added bonus! Would definitively make this our first choice when back in the area.

Angus beef cheeseburger was so good. Great service although the soda fountain ran out of 2-3 choices, but they just opened and my mixed drink was still good!
Horrible service. Most things weren't working and didn't want to refund money. Don't waste your time.

Yikes. The burgers are good, but the service is very slow and somewhat unprofessional. The card readers seem broken half the time. The drink machine is often out of sodas. I tried calling the store a bunch of times but nobody picks up. The server guy at the front doesn't seem like he cares about anything. I don't think servers should be obligated to smile, but they should still try to take pride in their work. I've given this place a few chances but I won't be coming back.

Really expected something better for the price. Service is fine but portions are miniscule. Things are a bit too greasy for my taste but maybe that's just me. Not sure how it would be during rush hours because the place seemed to be a little understaffed.
