I’m vegetarian, so I really appreciate that they actually have multiple vegan ramen options instead of just removing the meat from a regular bowl. The broth still had a lot of flavor.
Came here after a long day and this was exactly what I wanted. Hot broth, good noodles, and a very generous bowl. Left happy and very full lol.
This has become one of my go-to ramen spots in Santa Cruz. Nothing overly fancy, just consistently good ramen and friendly service. I usually get the miso ramen with an extra egg.
