Excellent appetizers, amazing healthy food and great service.
This place is a Santa Cruz gem. :) Their super-fresh, high-quality meals are sourced locally, and are always full of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Cassandra - she's incredible!
What a great place to eat fresh homemade pasta, farm to fork. Great service and atmosphere!

Avanti Restaurant offers a great atmosphere, with a more intimate and smaller setting. The food is a mix of hits and misses, with standout dishes like parpardelle with pork meatballs, focaccia bread, duck served three ways, and potato gnocchi. The service is excellent, with friendly and efficient staff from start to finish. The menu choices are extensive, featuring delicious options like gigli pasta, seafood puttanesca, and kale salad with breadcrumbs and almonds. Some dishes, like chicken rotini and ravioli, can be just okay. The owner Tatiana ensures a welcoming experience, whether dining at the bar or a table. Don’t miss the tiramisu or a bottle of Chianti. Parking can be a challenge, but the overall experience is worth a return visit.
