tell me why I order a caprese which has three ingredients total and she gives me the sandwich and says btw there’s no tomato and then rudely asked if I want a refund. maybe don’t let ppl order things u don’t have

It's just non functional. Very slow, coffee and food are not good, and the order at the screen system doesn't provide you with tools to receive your order when it's done do u just run around and sdk people about your stuff. Highly Overpriced for what u get.

Messed up my order three times in a row. It’s like they don’t even know about modifications here so I had to throw out my $20 sandwich cuz it’s drenched in whatever they use

Horrible. The food is overpriced, service is dreadfully slow, they’re often out of basic things like fries, and they’ll shut the restaurant down with no warning or announcement or change of hours online. Not worth it just for a flaccid burger and cold fries (if they have them). Also, usually crowded af and understaffed.

Closing times reported here do not match their practice. They closed at 2 pm today and it’s raining 😒

The food was delicious but the wait was very long. They also messed up my order by added 4 other ingredients when i specifically said only the specific ingredients.

do NOT get the breakfast burrito its 90% raw spinach?

I had the Chicken pesto sandwich without mozzarella which was good til the second half of my sandwich had a hair. The cashier staff were sweet they offered to remake it I declined. I purchased their flaxseed pastry which is delicious. Their lemonade drink was good. When I asked for my second drink the boba green tea to be served in a plastic cup the server was loud and rude about having to make the adjustment because its an added charge. There is no visible sign anywhere in the restaurant of such and had she just said it's a dollar more I would have paid. But that was not the case.

The Iveta kept me waiting for more than 30 min, now in summer, no many students. I ordered the poke bowl, which I don’t think is too difficult to make. No salmon, only Tuna, it is 17 dollars, compared with other poke restaurants in town, this is over pricing. The thing is, it is SUPER SALTY, and it is not because of I didn’t mixed it well. I am surprised by how bad the food is.

Terrible boba, too mushy and overcooked.

Menu is not accurate. Prices in store and online are not the same. Unable to modify order online. Breakfast burrito has chipotle mayonnaise instead of pico de gallo.update: WENT BACK AGAIN and they managed to ruin my order again. Do not recommend.
