This place was 10/10. Super friendly staff, insanely quick service, and the food was soooo amazing. So flavorful. Come here. Do it.
Generous portion size, lots of vegan options, lightning fast service, and relatively inexpensive, but I just couldn’t like the bowl. The overall flavor was bland, the amount of wilted greens was overwhelming, and the (uncooked?) spicy tofu add-on didn’t add nearly enough to justify the upcharge. I like the concept, but the execution is disappointing.
Very good tasting food, fast service in a fast food setting, wish place was bit more cleaner

I respect the mission of this restaurant to provide organic food with vegan options at affordable prices. However, at the end of the day, the food also needs to shine and basic restaurant facilities need to exist. Unfortunately, it fails in both those aspects. Our party of 5 ordered distinctly different dishes, and each of us were disappointed to find the food very much under seasoned. I had the Spicy Dan and not only was it not spicy in the least, it did not have any other flavor profile to make up for the lack of heat. My daughter had the Hoison Pork rice bowl and ended up having to add 2 packets of soy sauce to it, something that she has never had to do at any restaurant because she typically prefers blander foods. The only plus was that the portions were large. Moving onto the restaurant itself. There was a sign written haphazardly on a paper bag taped on the bathroom door that the bathroom was out of service. Fine if that was true and they were making it a priority to fix it, but I saw multiple employees using it regardless, so one can draw conclusions from that. When customers asked for the bathroom code, they were again told that it was out of service. We had to use hand sanitizers and find a restroom elsewhere after our meal.
Been eating here for decades. Asianish food, Santa Cruz vibe.

Great food, great prices. Best pho ga I have ever had. Chicken is so tender. Their ginger lemonade is delicious. Unbeatable fast service

Always satisfying, but the flavors are always a bit blah. It's a good thing hot sauce exists.

My friend was excited to take me here and we were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. The service was fine, and the food was ok.
I personally was not impressed by the quality or prices and have no interest in returning. I love to support local and hope they have a following that will keep them afloat.

Love the noodle bowls & vegan chocolate chip cookies. I don't go to Santa Cruz often...but when I do, I make sure to hit this place up before I head back home.

This was a great stop for lunch. I got the green curry bowl with savory tofu and it was definitely spicy and flavorful. Love that all ingredients are local and organic, and there are vegan and gf options for all the needs! Service is slow if they are busy, and the atmosphere is great as long as it’s sunny 🌞 Recommended 👍🏼

Menu is misleading, under the vegan signature bowls you have an option to go with chicken or tofu, assuming it's under the vegan signature bowls I picked the chicken. Thinking it would be some type of vegan meat, think again, it was real chicken and my stomach is killing me. They need to move this somewhere else or simply just add kung Pao to their regular signature bowls to avoid confusion. (Response says I need to study the menu, when they add a chicken option under the vegan category, how about you fix this? This isn't the first time someone has reviewed this. There was actually the same review 6 years ago and you fail to fix the issue, so clearly I'm not the one making this mistake and there's probably people who aren't aware, you advertise yourself as a vegan restaurant and under your vegan signatures you add a meat option and say it's unclear. I don't care if you sell meat, how about you don't add the meat option under the vegan signatures.)

This is an understated place. The food and people that run it were excellent. We were a family of 8 with a relatively large order and the servjce was very prompt! The bowl quantities were large which they tell you while you order. Paula who runs it was great to talk to and wears a smile that would brighten your day :)
