We stopped by and ordered a couple of sandwiches and a bowl of soup. Both the sandwiches and the soup had great flavor.

Great service!. Greeted everyone with enthusiasm so much so iwe felt like family. And delicious hot food with wonderful creative options. Decent prices too. I wonder if Eric's would be willing to convert the salads and at least a few sandwiches to 100% organic. I would go there more often and recommend it to more people. Prices would need to adjust of course but it would be so much better for our bodies and the planet...and organic produce, especially tomatoes would taste and nourish 100% better. Also appreciate that my to go packaging was biodegradable. Btw i enjoyed the Baja chicken sandwich

Got home 14+miles away & realized my order was incomplete I guess they close by 4pm so no answer. Called in a.m. the owner said come back it's here that was 28 miles minimum he didn't even offer me a cookie or Nada asked me if I wanted to make a purchase! Not good business formality.

Could not believe how mean and rude the management was at this location. I order my food and didn't sit down to eat inside so I went to go eat inside of my car to listen to a pod cast. Couple minutes later what I think was the manager came out to the parking lot and knocked on my car door. I rolled my window down to see what he wanted and he told me "you can not f***ing park here only for paying customers you f***ing idiot". I was so shocked by his attitude that I didn't even argue with him that I was a paying customer so I just drove away. I've never been cussed at to leave a location before at any establishment. this is absolutely no way to treat customers like this.

I moved to Aptos 49 years ago, and Eric's Deli was a happy surprise. Close by, excellent salads and sandwiches, super soups, and genuinely friendly service. Low key seating and no obnoxious noise. No alcohol. It's still here, now with multiple locations, but the quality hasn't suffered from time. Congratulations to the real Eric!Vegetarian options: Feels natural to order.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free choices clearly identified. Food is not oversalted.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids with grandparents!Wheelchair accessibility: Of course!
