I moved to Aptos 49 years ago, and Eric's Deli was a happy surprise. Close by, excellent salads and sandwiches, super soups, and genuinely friendly service. Low key seating and no obnoxious noise. No alcohol. It's still here, now with multiple locations, but the quality hasn't suffered from time. Great place for soups and sandwiches.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options in soups, salads and sandwiches.Parking: Plenty of parking on side street and parking lot behind the restaurant.

Great food and service. Cross contamination procedures and Gluten Free bread for my celiac wife.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly. Cross contamination procedures in place. Be sure to let them know and ask for a glove change.
