Excellent food and fantastic service! Try the soups!Yummy!
I'm in Santa Cruz for a work trip. I'm not feeling very well, so I typed soup in my Google maps and Erik's DeliCafe popped up. Aldolfo was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a sandwich and soup that wouldn't make my stomach feel worse. He let me try samples and was cheerful in doing so, where many people would seem bothered. I haven't tried the sandwich yet, but if it's anything like the customer service, I'm sure it'll be great!

Erik's DeliCafe of Santa Cruz - Soquel Drive offers free abundant parking and is just as delightful as downtown. The owner is as nice as it gets and gives a 10% senior discount. The place has a fun atmosphere with a little bit of a 60’s vibe, cool vibe inside, and unique ambiance. The best sandwich ever put on taste buds is available, and the Cali Classico is very well made with fresh veggies. The clam chowder was so so, and the salad was fine, nothing special. The carrot cake tasted amazing. Service is great and timely. There are a lot of seats in the room, but it would be a shame if such a location went out of business.
