“I cannot recommend Chloe’s Kitchen enough. Fantastic food, exceptional service, and people who clearly care about their customers. Huge shout-out to the employee who went the extra mile for our family... You deserve 10 stars!

Here's why! I recently had an incredible experience at Chloe’s Kitchen in Santa Cruz.

We placed an order later in the evening and mentioned to the staff that my family and I were planning to have our meal at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. After picking up our food and arriving there, I received a call from the restaurant letting me know they had accidentally left one of our bags behind.

What happened next completely blew me away. The staff member immediately offered to bring the missing bag directly to us at the Boardwalk, and she arrived in less than 10 minutes!

That level of care and customer service is incredibly rare. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we ordered, and it genuinely turned a small mistake into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

And to top it all off, the food was absolutely amazing.“

We came to go to another restaurant in town but they were closed because of electrical outage

So we drove around and found this GEM

We both shared a combo dish and it’s gone and good

We also ordered pork fried wontons
So yummy

We even had a lil to take home

“I was here on Friday, 9/4 around 3 o'clock, and the Girl who helped me at the counter deserves a raise. She's really friendly and it's authentic, it doesn't have that false Customer service vibe. She was also moving very quickly and taking care of a lot of orders on her own and gave me a HUGE slice 😎“

I just wish their peanut sauce was a bit thicker... the salt & pepper wings def were the hit of the night. “THIS IS BY FAR, I MEAN BY FAR THE BEST MEXICAN PLACE IN ALL OF SANTA CRUZ. My family and I had a long day at the beach the kids played for hours while my wife and I enjoyed the nice views and rides along the boardwalk and when we all got hungry we walked over since it caught our eye. Let me tell you that the customer service was splendid! It was beautiful to live in the moment and just be living around others, it was an awesome atmosphere and the music playing was just a cherry on top! We ordered pupusas, tacos, burritos and I personally ordered the pozole. Let me tell you that when I took that first bite it felt like being back in Mexico after coming home to my mom’s cooking. I genuinely shed a tear. The pupusas were also so good our daughter loved them and I couldn’t get enough of it! I would 100% recommend coming to try it out. We went back the next morning and the young man helping to take our order told us about their breakfast burritos and they are awesome. They aren’t on the menu but it’s a must!“

“This is our GO TO Thai place! While we haven't eaten in-house, we order pick up from them all the time. The food is DELICIOUS, always hot and fresh and flavorful. It's so clear the owners are passionate about providing quality meals, and every single time I order a vegetarian pad see ew, they always make sure to ask if egg is okay to include (while I'm not vegan, it's still a thoughtful question). Definitely get your Thai food from this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!“

“They are open on Sunday!Wonderful authentic Chinese food(slightly less spicy for local tastes)- locally owned and friendly. Bustling, Casual sit down and take out. Lots of conversation in mandarin between kitchen, owners and hosts- which we love. We went in a large group and tried 10 dishes. Favorites were garlic chicken wing appetizer, spicy green beans, fish stew, cumin lamb, Sichuan style chicken, and the mu shu pork. We also like led the Sichuan tofu, scallops with broccoli, Mongolian beef (Chinese fajitas), and the candied walnut shrimp.“

“Visiting Capitola and the Monterey bay Area and went to this spot for dinner. The sandwiches were amazing! The restaurant is clean and our sandwiches and soup arrived sooo fast. The ingredients they use are fresh and top notch…and our cupcakes were soooo good!!! We plan on coming back to try other flavors of sandwiches.“
