“Venturing more into exploring Thai cuisine we went to this place for lunch post rain on a Saturday afternoon. The place is rustic alluring showing the smaller family run restaurants. It’s got the very old world vibe and is indeed very clean and well decorated. More of wooden interiors. And caressing the craving vegetarian taste buds we ordered the oh so crispy roti which was very well made then came the soup which was had very home kitchen flavours and again very well made. But the best was the garlic noodles which just felt perfect blend of spices and well cooked noodles. The meal was very satisfying. The only turn off was the long wait time. Definitely worth going back“
“Honestly one of my favorite pho spots in the South Bay! The staff were nice and friendly. I ordered the pho #1 combination which is my go to when I come here. It has everything from tripe, tendon, brisket, steak, meat balls, and ox tail. Yum! The broth was literally made out of ox tail and you can taste the freshness of the soup. You can tell it has been cooking for hours. The meat was so tender as well. My friends and I also ordered the spring rolls, which was so fresh and delicious.“
“I don't get the negative reviews about this place. These guys make really good sandwiches on fresh homemade bread that blows most sandwich places out of the water. On top of that, it's got a really friendly atmosphere and pleasant vibes. Most Sourdough & Co locations seem to get very high ratings, so something doesn't add up here.“
“I have been to this panera location a few times. Most recently, I went and got the buffalo chicken toasted flatbread. It was good! I think I would get less cheese next time, but I think that's just because I like cheese less than the average person I think. The sauce and chicken however were really good! Pro tip: you can add some sides to sandwiches for no additional cost. So I added emerald greens and spinach to the sandwich to get some veggies in and it ended up working really well since the greens don't have a strong flavor. I have only ordered pick up so far so can't speak too much to the ambience indoors, but I will say it looks pretty much like every other Panera inside so not a lot worse or better than average. The service was really good though! I ordered on the app and it was ready at exactly the time it said it would be which is great for planning and not necessarily something other similar places guarantee. Overall, a pretty good spot and about what you would expect from a Panera.“
“Excellent vegan chinese food spot that is all about the good food and the incredible hospitality of the owner Alice. She is incredible. She remembers your name and dishes you ordered and how you like it. She goes way above and beyond. And the food is excellent whether you are vegetarian or not (but especially if you are). The atmosphere is hole in the wall, but who cares. It's perfect.“
“Din Tai Fung is a top contender for my favorite Chinese restaurant. Their Hot & Sour Soup and Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao are absolute must-tries. These perfectly formed soup dumplings are a burst of flavor in every bite!Today, I ventured beyond my usual favorites and tried the Cod Dumpling and Vegetable & Pork Wonton Soup. Both were delicious, but they didn't quite reach the same level of wow-factor as my usual picks.Pro tip: To avoid a wait, consider reserving a table in advance. They also have bar seating for a more casual option during off-peak hours.Overall, Din Tai Fung is a fantastic restaurant with consistently delicious food. Love it!“
“Food was excellent! From side dishes to sauces, everything tasted fresh and thought out. My only wish is that this place was bigger. We ate family style where we shared all ordered items and there was very little space on the table to accomodate 4 entrés.“
“So glad my friend found this place on Google map. It is now one of my top pho to-gos for sure. Food is absolutely amazing. We ordered one porridge, 2 different pho & one egg noodle dish and had to share them bc all of them taste so good. The owner who runs this place is so nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!“
“The soup mifen/noodles seem to be all along the same lines of a scoop of meat, a scoop of pickled veggies, and a spoonful of spicy oil/sauce over a bowl of noodles. The place is quite small and there was a short wait when we arrived (peak dinner hour).Service was great!!Good place to go to satisfy the cravings, but I wish there was more variety in the bowl. Still, would come back again.“
“More like 3.5 for us but that bread alone is with .5 stars hahaHad the beef stew with bread so I could take home the stew.It was made with riblets that were slow cooked and very tender. The soup was good, can't say it was my favorite, but I would consider eating it again if I were there. The bread. Can we talk about this bread? My goodness the bread was fantastic. I bet someone here knows where they get it. Imo ALL Bahn Mi should be served with this bread. It had a super thin, but crisp crust all around, very crisp but thin. This is the kind of bread that delivers the crisp without slicing up your mouth like bait. The inside was fluffy and soft...superb.The Bun Cha Giao Thit Nuoung (noodles with BBQ pork and imperial rolls) came with a fair amount of meaty and tender pork, flash grilling it would really elevate the flavor because it has good flavor. The sauce could use a little more fish sauce. The purple drink is a taro drink made in house. It tastes ok but the taro which settles at the bottom is very gritty. I think they should make it into a paste before using it in a drink. Like the taro paste you get at Bambu or what is served in Vietnamese desserts.“
