Broth is very well made; not too salty. Beef is tender and tasty. Thai tea is OKAY but will def be coming back!
Great food and service. Owners are very friendly, noodles are consistently fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend for both pho regulars and first timers 👍
Their beef broth is so flavorful. There's no need to add anything extra. This is by far the best pho around. The restaurant is clean, service is fast, and the staff is very friendly.

Pho Ly Kitchen offers great food and service with very friendly owners. The noodles are consistently fresh and tasty, making it a recommended spot for both pho regulars and first timers. Service is quick, professional yet friendly. The pho is delicious, the music ambience is enjoyable, and the restaurant is clean. The Bun Bo Hui is pretty standard quality for a San Jose Pho place—good but not great—though there is a willingness to return to try the pho dac biet #1. The tai bo vien is really good, with generous portions and attentive service without being over the top. The pho is amazing, the atmosphere is clean and bright, and the service is a1. Prices and portions are great too. The place is awesome for work lunches with a wide array of dishes and no complaints. The ambiance is nice with a vibe of a "family" owned restaurant, and calling ahead allows large groups to be seated. It is a must try and a reliable staple pho place at the top of the list.
