We have ordered from Jersey Mike's a few times now, and always gotten very good subs. Today the shop on Brokaw went above and beyond, the Doordash driver didn't pick up the order so I went and got it myself. Becasue the sandwiches had sat so long, they made two fresh sandwiches for me, and gave me the old ones as well as the fresh ones when I arrived.

I am always so impressed with how fast and efficient the team is here. Each and every employee works very hard to stay on top of completing orders timely, no matter how busy it is. They multitask very well and have a great understanding of teamwork, helping each other out and effectively communicating to one another.
