We have ordered from Jersey Mike's a few times now, and always gotten very good subs. Today the shop on Brokaw went above and beyond, the Doordash driver didn't pick up the order so I went and got it myself. Becasue the sandwiches had sat so long, they made two fresh sandwiches for me, and gave me the old ones as well as the fresh ones when I arrived.

I had to write a review because I picked up a couple of sandwiches on 9/10/2026, and I can’t stop thinking about how good they were this time. I am talking about the bread specifically, because whatever they did to the bread that day, it was oddly super fresh and had the perfect texture, sort of crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. Also, I only go here for the chicken salad. It’s so good. Too bad it’s seasonal :(
Our experience was wonderful, with delicious food and excellent hospitality. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a pleasant atmosphere.
