When you're in Santa Cruz and want to treat yourself and others to a posh place to have a cocktail... This is the place. There's something for everyone and I love how nice everyone dresses up here. There's a food court with something for everyone including vegan and gluten free. There's the Abbott's Squareon the otherside of the door with outdoor seating with huge warm heaters. Kids are welcome. There's often live music.
Our drinks were fantastic, made with a skilled touched that's for sure. I felt really bad for our bartender. The bar was full and there were people standing behind nearly every chair and he going drink for drink for such a long time without a moment of levity. Seems like having a second to help would be good. He was also yelling at people for standing near the ADA counter trying to order but hey, I imagine based on design economics of this bar that one would expect it to...
Busy local eatery with variety of food and drinks. Had the Saint Adarius IPA and it was refreshing, citrusy and great for hot day out. Bartender was friendly. No beer flights are available but you can get a shot worth.
