Nothing fancy just really good Szechuan food.
Fusion Fare, was a big surprise! The duck burger, was delicious, really innovative menu, it is going on my most-visited restaurants list!
Today is my fourth time here. Flavor profiles have been consistently on point. Fresh, filling, and flavorful. Definitely created a fan out of me. 5 stars. Recommend: spicy and sour noodle (with or without protein); five spice duck burger; Sichuan crispy pork.

Fusion Fare Restaurant is a gem, offering superior authentic Chinese food in Santa Cruz. The food is delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced, with so much variation in the dishes. The lotus root stir fry is a must try, and the duck burger is genuinely one of the best things ever tasted. The stir-fried eggplant is crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the house crispy chicken is also loved. They offer a complimentary soup that is very good. Service is quick and the employees are friendly, with an atmosphere that has a good vibe. The chef and owner is kind and attentive, and the food tastes like a lot of love and care was put into it. Come with a big group to try lots of different things.
