I went in for take out. I usually don’t tip for take out because I’m not using their services and when it came time to pay, the cashier was very rude about me not leaving a tip. He made a face gesture, didn’t even give me my receipt when I asked him I wanted it. He ignored me and also didn’t give me a little bag for the crunchy chips. Businesses expecting tips now a days is out of control. That was an uncomfortable situation and although the food is good the service is not the greatest.

They give you two bowls but you have to cook them all as one so you cannot try different sauces. I carried my two bowls up and they said they had to be cooked together even tho the place was empty and no one was waiting in line. Friday night at 6 and there were only four other people in the whole place. Apparently they are not concerned about what their customers want.

You prepare two bowls, and they cook them. I made one beef + broccoli, and one seafood. I asked them to cook them separately and they said they would not do that and dumped them together on the grill. What a complete failure of "the customer is always right".

Fill your bowls, fill your stomach. Nice meat selection, great veggie selection. Have some soup and finish it off with ice cream. Very good.

The best Mongolian bbq I’ve had with a very good price! You get two bowls at a time and there’s even rice, soup, and ice cream! I would definitely come back to this place?

You’ve got two bowls to grab whatever you like in any quantity- proteins, veggies, and sauces as long as you can fill the bowl. Just place your ingredients on the counter and the chef will cook them for you. Ice cream, soup, white rice, chips are available at self-service bar. friendly staff. The counter area is neat and clean, and the spacious room has plenty of seats. Located in the main road in Santa Cruz, this is a great choice if you want to assemble your own meal. Plus you can decide your own saltiness and spices or try their sauce recipes as per your taste.

Food is really good. They assist you with the sauce flavor profile. Do has a great flavor and ice cream at the end. What more can you ask for? Clean and friendly service.

Was a bit confusing at first, but the staff was helpful. I enjoyed what I put together. The chef was quick in cooking what i put together. Their soft serve ice cream was yummy.

Love the experience of mix and match, warm and spicy food, the ingredients are fresh and plenty of choices. Good portion, and comes with fried wonton skin! Vegetarian friendly.
