Yummy food, quick and clean. Terrible music tho!!!! Probably won’t be back due to the horrible poppy music, not relaxing.

I would give it a zero if I could. We ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry Rice, the rice was hard, looked like plastic, and the chicken was entirely pink, slimy, and raw. They took it back before I got a picture and came back with it burnt.
Customer service was awful, the main cashier claimed that this was how the katsu was suppose to be, either raw or burnt | guess, and that everyone loved it that way.
It's baffling, do not come here.

I’ve been craving a good bowl of ramen. Love the Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen! Thick meaty slices of chasu, well marinated and jammy egg, and the broth is rich and creamy and coats the bouncy noodles! The Takoyaki was just OK. I’ll for sure be back!

This hit the spot on a cool evening. It was my first time visiting a ramen house and I didn't know what to expect. I really enjoyed my veggie ramen bowl (substituting udon noodles for the default ones that are not vegan - there is also a choice of a rice noodle sub). It seemed like a generous serving to me and was full of tofu, bok choy, and mushroom in a milky looking white broth. The menu says it's a soybean based broth. I loved the big fat udon noodles. I added some hot sauce and chili powder that is on the table and it was perfect. The pricing seemed reasonable to me and I will be back!

Very great! Owner was extremely kind and even gave us free desserts that we couldn’t finish. Food was good, we had fried chicken and ramen. The sauce on the chicken was great. Very big amount. Bean sprouts in the ramen were great. Overall great

My boyfriend and I visited this place recently, and we had a nice experience. The service was very pleasant; you order at the cashier, and then they bring the food to you. The prices were also reasonable, especially compared to some places in the San Jose area.

We ordered the veggie ramen, chicken ramen, and the chicken Karaage appetizer. The soups were okay but seemed to be lacking a bit of flavor. However, the chicken was very good—I loved it!

Overall, it was a good experience.

I was craving Ramen and my favorite Ramen house is in Georgia. This was a good substitute. Very tasty, served quickly, I had a level 2 spice which next time I will do a level 3. Two was good but I wanted more spice. I wish they had a seafood Ramen but they did not. I did the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with pork and added 3 shrimp. Very enjoyable and the normal bowl was very filling. I wanted something else but was glad I didn't order it as this was more than enough. Fast service the place is clean and food very good. Yes I would return.

Vegetarian options: I think they would be good

Parking: easy parking in a lot next door

The broth was tasty and the noodles were good. Unfortunately, the chashu pork was very tough and dry. Would go back maybe for the chicken ramen or if the pork was changed but otherwise a bit disappointing.

Incredible flavors, served fast! Be careful with the spicy; I like spice in my food and went with level 2 and was a happy sweaty mess at the end - I’ll do level 1 in the future.

Very happy to have one of these on Santa Cruz West side. A great go-to ramen spot.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs and booster seats

Pretty average ramen. The Chashu was thin and dry, but the broth and noodles were good.

Absolutely delicious Ramen! The spicy tonkatsu ramen is wonderful, and the shoyu ramen was delicious as well. The gyoza are super fresh and tasty. Definitely coming back!

Had the Garlic Tonkotsu. Broth and noodles were tasty but the meat was all tough and dry like jerky, hard to believe they served it like this
