Great dining experience from start to finish. The ramen arrived hot, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

The spicy ramen had the perfect balance of heat and flavor. The broth was excellent, and the toppings complemented the dish perfectly.

Ok well I have been wanting to go here for a long time because I love Ramen. Finally got to go tonight. The appetizer harumaki tasted really good, but only 4 and they are super tiny. The sesame balls we're also good super tiny and only 4. Got the spicy beef ramen, great broth but the meat was just boiled not a lot of flavor and the rib was also no flavor boiled and all gristle. It looked like only 2 working so no one really cleaned tables, and most of the utensils were dirty.

The ramen here is to die for! Fiona makes the BEST poached eggs! Fiona is also very sweet and attentive to customers. She makes it a very delightful experience.

Great, authentic spicy tonkotsu. Rich broth, firm noodles, perfect chashu slices, jammy eggs.

The food isn't bad. I just know what good ramen tastes like. This is a chain so it met me expectation for a chain restaurant. It's good enough and unfortunately the only dedicated ramen restaurant in Santa Cruz.

in college i got the disrespect of service from a Japanese resaturant. we had to wait an hour four my boyfriends sister to get a bowl or ramen. our food went cold. nobody ate until our food was all cold. it my not be your restaurant but i used to live on Miramar. im hoping the burger king is the new location but that was entirely a disservice to our whole group that spent hundreds of dollars on a wine and dine night. i hope THEY (not yours) go out of business,.
