We were glad to finally check out Ibiza for a casual lunch. The food is fresh and clean and healthy. Great gluten-free and vegan options as well. The falafel was nice and moist as was the chicken. This place is a gem in Santa Cruz. We look forward to coming back!
SO, glad I happened to stumble upon this place when they were open. I've been super curious about how they're food was. I ordered the fried chicken wrap and it was fire (delicious)! I was afraid the chicken could be over breaded and too heavy, but not here. It had the perfect balance of lightly breaded, crispy chicken, fresh and pickled veggies. I love that the sauce is creamy with little spicy kick to it, while still retaining a baseline freshness. I could tell this...
DELICIOUS food and very kind service! Definitely my favorite lunch spot downtown. Healthy, flavorful options, and amazing drink selections! The hippie salad and the peach matcha I could have everyday of my life!
