Beautiful cafe, barista was great. The chai was really good, a little spicy and not too sweet. The seating out front was nice, but I wish the back garden was open again. Would go again.
Beautiful location. Very friendly service. The mocha we got was okay, but the flavor was not as chocolatey as expected. The regular coffee was not very hot. Maybe because it was close to closing time. It turned cold after we added milk. Good selection of milks to add. Will probably not return.Parking: Street is one way. Some metered street parking.

i've always walked by lulu carpenter's and have never stopped by. a friend recommended i give it a try and i'm so glad i did. Emma was an absolute sweetheart and was so patient explaining to us some of the unique drink items. she also gave some drink suggestions and provided the best service despite being the only barista (it was 830pm).
