Had my first J. Mike's experience today. Mediocre at best. You could make a better sandwich at home with little effort. Tables dirty. Prices get $$$ rating from me. If you are wanting a mediocre sandwich, it's a place to go. The staff was nice. DT
Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time yesterday. Not great, for sure. Nice people work there, but the pricey Philly Cheese steak sandwich had one tiny piece of bell pepper in it. Not a Philly Cheese steak without some bell peppers guys.

The last couple of months have been inconsistent. One time I got somebody else's order on an online pickup. Since I drove off to work, there wasn't a whole lot I could do. Then today they left off the tomatos off my turkey sub. Also felt like they cut back on the portions too as it was not as robust as in past visits. So I am going to give it a rest and test out some other delis.

Awesome steak and cheese subs!!! Just like what I ate growing up in Boston. Excellent steak and produce. I only gave "Service" 4 stars for two reasons. One, you can always be better. I don't think anyone is truly a 5. And two, and unfortunately, the main reason for only 4 stars is that they don't tend to read the directions or notes supplied on each sandwich when ordered. IE: Add Mayo - Slice in 4, etc. Other than that slight issue, It would be 4.99 Stars!!!Jersey Mike's is awesome!!!! Can't wait for the Scotts Valley, CA location to open so I don't have to go all the way to Santa Cruz!!!
