If only they would hire more folks. I love the coffe, food, and vibe. Every time I come here in the morning, they seem short staffed. One person behind the counter taking the the orders, handling the money, making the drinks, AND the food?!? — because their coworker has to do bean deliveries? — not a great excuse, in my opinion. I love you Lulu’s coffee, let’s do a little better? I want to keep coming.

Wow this is some of the best coffee I've had! The first sip had us hooked. We ordered the whisky reduction latte (would 100% recommend this one) and the honey and hazelnut latte (delicious). The gentleman and the young lady were very warm and inviting. The shop was very clean and ambiance is exactly what I look for. I've got this place saved and will be coming back :)

The west side LuLu’s now roasts their own beans almost daily. I’ve tried espresso at every coffee shop in town and this location wins freshest and most intricate tasting coffee in Santa Cruz. Always great service and good vibes.

I'll come here every time I visit SC, I loved that they had agave and honey for sweeteners and everyone was friendly. the bagels looked good but I'd already eaten. Next time Ill come hungry. They had some creative menu options but I stuck with good old filtered coffee and was happy.

Thank you Lulu's for saving this wonderful location at Palm Center as an espresso-coffee-wifi spot with quality coffee, good food with veggie options, and chill space to hang out and work/study with tables and outlets. Yay!!!

I hate to be a Karen but it's just one rough experience after another. I ask for coffee for here, I get charged the disposable cup fee, I asked for a toasted bagel and it's white, I ask for 12 oz coffee and am given 8oz, I'm left hanging at the counter for 10 minutes mid transaction while the register employee puts milk away... I know what it's like, I've worked in several coffee shops, I ain't no Silicon Valley er. but let's face it, you could have made coffee at home, so I'm looking for a little ambience and being treated decently. I miss Westside, Coffeetopia, even crazy Emily's. if you get something off, the whole place didn't have a holier than thou vibe. I'm trying to give benefit of the doubt because they're new, I actually love and frequent downtown lulus, but the Westside is different. If it were all quality based-- love it, great breakfast burritos, who doesn't love a bagelry bagel, I'll bet those pastries are nice but I won't get one because they aren't priced and I'm too embarrassed to ask. But man. service. And don't charge me an extra 25 cents on my for here coffee. that's all. hope it improves. beautiful interior.

I miss the old 'Topia. Great staff, great service, and good coffee all the way around. People who work at Lulu's are insufferable. Like they're doing you a favor by taking your money and acknowledging you. I stopped giving them my business when some snotty barista wouldn't give me the password to the wi-fi, even after showing her my receipt. Of all the coffee places that could have moved in that space and really brought the locals in, too bad it's Lulus
