Perfect post-surf grub.
I had the Avo & Tomato egg sandwich. It was an elevated breakfast sandwich that was hearty and their signature brioche bun is amazing.

Mad Yolks is a super casual, bright, and friendly spot with a great atmosphere for people of all ages and backgrounds. Perfect post-surf grub. The eggs are creamy and seasoned well, and the staff accommodates food allergies. The breakfast burritos and French toast are favorites here, and don't forget the tots.
The Avo & Tomato egg sandwich is an elevated breakfast sandwich that is hearty, with a signature brioche bun that is amazing. The classic egg sandwich has a delicious flavor, and the bun pairs everything together so perfectly. The Spam Breakfast sandwich is absolutely tasty, with drippy yolk everywhere. The Dirty Tots were different but delicious with the Japanese curry. The green Jasmine tea was delightful, half sweet only.
One standout dish is the Fried Chicken Moco, with Japanese curry, veggies emulsified into the curry, crispy and delicious fried chicken, topped with furikake and warm steamed white rice. It is very unorthodox and modestly priced for the quality. The breakfast burrito, with mushrooms substituted for bacon, was heavenly. It comes with hot sauce, but try it without first because it is phenomenal. Love how the lights look like yolks!
