Purchased several items. A levain and various pastries. The levain made it home, but didn't last 3 days because it was delicious. The pastries didn't make it home at all!

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, easy access.

$10.00 for a regular sourdough loaf, really? Another bourgeoise business on the Westside that is focused on catering to the white, wealthy gentrifying class. Quality Food should be accessible to all people not just the rich‼️

Location and Ambiance
Manresa Bread, is located in the lively square that has coffee, shops, breweries, restaurants, wine, tasting, and now empanadas thanks to Fonda Felix. This bakery exuded warmth and charm when I noticed it from the street. The aroma of freshly baked bread greets you as you step inside, creating an inviting atmosphere.

Vegan Bread Selection:
As a vegan, I was thrilled to discover that all of Manresa Bread's baked gluten offerings are confirmed vegan. Their baguettes, in particular, are yum!. The crunchiness of the crust and the tender inside dough texture were spot-on. It's evident that they take pride in their craft.

Technique: Bring some prepared, guacamole or slices of avocado if you intend to eat such as the square with 11th hour coffee in front of Santa Cruz yoga. But better yet, take the back at home, it up with some vegan spread or ideally with fresh cracked salt and pepper all over it and a few dollops of hot sauce. Can’t go wrong.

### New offerings?
I’m a fan of the seeded baguette at Companion Bakery but they often run out of them by midmorning and they’re also closed on Monday. I have a suggestion: How about introducing a seeded baguette with poppyseeds, sesame seeds, or other nuts on the outside at Manressa? It would add a delightful twist and cater to those who crave variety.

### Early Bird Gets the Warm Bread
Manresa Bread tends to sell out and close early. I recommend arriving early , before the crack of noon to have the best selection. If you get there early for a small charge, they’ll put extra gluten on your gluten! ? ?

You can then get your bread and pop into 11th hour or verve coffee, which are both very short walks from this bakery and enjoy your gluten.

### Final Thoughts
In summary, Manresa Bread is a gem for vegans. I wholeheartedly give it five stars and look forward to new vegan surprises on their menu.

Kouign Amman hit the spot! Well done like the ones you can find in Brittany! This store not only has bread on the shelves but several sandwiches and desserts as well as baked goods. The baked goods looked delish! Especially the almond escargot and ham and cheese croissant ?

In the Palo Alto store today, I asked if they had an almond croissant and the woman behind the counter snapped “No, we have the almond escargot now, and they’re here to stay” - like I was the 100th person this morning to ask for an almond croissant. Lol. Not sure why they’ve stopped doing them. The almond escargot is not very good. The pastries here are in the $5-$7 range. There is very little seating.

My first time here. Wow, super amazing treats. I had the quiche which was really good. Took home a berry macaroon and it was delicious.

Fresh baked bread lured me in. Stopped in to pick up a loaf of sour dough for a housewarming welcome home. It is definitely a great special treat to buy fresh bread. It is also toast weather! Manresa’s sour dough makes excellent toast. & Avocado toast ;)Great go-to place for fresh bread. I like to get there early so there is a better selection of bread. Can sell out on a few occasions I have been. I also picked up a fresh blueberry muffin. Was a nice treat for a quick bite in the morning.Located in convenient location in Westside industrial warehouse Wining & dining section. The bakery is in good company, located next to wineries, breweries and other dining & grocery options. Easy parking most times in front or in shopping parking lot

The bread is pretty good but EXPENSIVE!!!$5 for a baguette and $10 for breadIn addition, the saleswoman is very unpleasant... she can be gone for a long time and make you wait. There must be better options

I am French and I totally approve their baguette!!!The place is really cute and reminds me of France. They are so far the closest to the ones from home!!And I have tried baguettes from many places around the bay.The bread tastes not only great but the baguette is crunchy outside while moist/soft inside. They know what there doing!
