The carne asada taco has a good balance of flavor and the chorizo is especially outstanding. There is no face to face ordering; you simply order on a kiosk. Chuy and his team were really nice, and they kept the line moving really well, making it a great spot in Santa Cruz for affordable and tasty meals.
