When In Santa Cruz you got to hit up Tacos El Chuy.
The food is delicious, people are great and friendly.

Such a great food truck in Santa Cruz! I tried the quesabirria, several tacos, and both birria sushi rolls. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared really quickly. The quesabirria was perfectly crispy and cheesy, and the Hot Cheetos birria sushi was such a fun and delicious combination. Definitely coming back!

Chuy and his team were really nice, and they kept the line moving really well, making it a great spot in Santa Cruz for affordable and tasty meals.
