[10/28/2025 at 11:00 am] Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. I purchased a bagel and asked to use the restroom. While I understand the business does not have a public bathroom, under the California Restroom Access Act, any place of business open to the public that sells goods and has an employee restroom is required to allow access to individuals with eligible medical conditions or who use an ostomy device.

I explained this to the staff, but they were not empathetic toward my situation. Although they eventually allowed me to use the restroom, it was after an uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful interaction. It was disheartening to have to explain and insist on access to something that is legally protected for people in my situation. Although I didn’t have my medical card with me, I was more than willing to show proof of my medical condition (such as a diagnosis or doctor’s note), but I was never asked.

For the future, I hope this business will better train its employees to be aware of this law and to approach such situations with empathy and understanding. Creating an inclusive and welcoming environment benefits everyone.

Probably just better off getting a plain beagle. The Breakfast Beagle literally just came with burnt eggs and some cheese. Not as described on the menu.

This place is decent, but prepare for an insanely long wait for food orders. 30min for 1 burrito

Great breakfast sandwich! ($11)

I ordered the breakfast bagel on an everything bagel. The bagel was toasted which gave it a nice crunch while maintaining a soft interior. The egg had green onions which I appreciated. Simple and delicious!

Only downside for me is that they use egg from a bag. If you are okay with that, you’ll love it!

I usually love firefly bagels but was very disappointed with my order today. The situation was about half the size as usual and didn't have potatoes. The veggie sandwich in my order was a singular egg without anything else. For the price of the bagels here I expect much more.

Amazing bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I don’t think you can go wrong with any selection but the Kitchen Sink always hits the spot.
Coffee is okay, and there’s very few seats if you plan to dine-in, but it’s worth visiting this cafe for a bagel or breakfast sandwich.

I’ve been going here for a while. I’m not a regular but it’s a place I have recommended for a lot of those wondering where to get a good bagel. (i work at a cafe and people are always asking for suggestions) However, recently I’ve noticed a great decline in their customer service. They never answer phone orders and by the time I do come in to order the workers seem to be so overworked/stressed they don’t even notice when someone walks in. Over all disappointing if you want a good experience with good food. Not bad if you don’t like being looked in the eye or even acknowledged for that matter.

Went for a cold brew. Tastes like brown water. I almost turned around to ask for a refund but didn’t wanna be that person. Also, don’t think it’s cold brew. Probably iced coffee. Bad even for iced coffee.

When they handed me my breakfast burrito I wasn't sure if I was supposed to fasten some sort of make shift sling together so I can now take care of this baby burrito and raise it on my own or if I was an unwitting participant in some sort of massive breakfast burrito food challenge but regardless I graciously accepted this large burrito and pretended like I order this thing every day. I attempted with all my might to finish the burrito but alas I didn't even make it to the last quarter. 10/10 would recommend.

Cheerful amd kind atmosphere. Most portable breakfast burrito around! Hot, flavorful, beautifully wrapped solid, and not drippy. Cesar will cut it in half for you on request.

The housemade bagels are marvelous, also their hot chai is not over-sweet like the boxed types. Their handmade one leaves that sweet gentle after-burn in the mouth.

Parking: Parking's very much hit-or-miss, but they're hemmed in by small businesses all around. Often you get lucky.
