Pana Venezuelan Food Reviews
This is my favorite booth at SAP when I go to Sharks games. You can see the arepas being grilled fresh and the fillings are so flavorful. The owners are very welcoming. I’m looking forward to the opening of their San Jose location since I haven’t been able to make it to Santa Cruz.
Authentic Arepas! 5 star service. Everything was made fresh and delicious
Got to try these delicious arepas at a sharks game. They are so good. Now I want to try them all. 10/10 def recommend.

Pana Venezuelan Food is a hidden gem in the area, known for serving authentic and delicious arepas along with other traditional Venezuelan dishes. Their arepas, such as the vegan PB+Avo and the Sifrina with Guasacaca sauce, are a must-try. The restaurant also offers the bacon arepa, which is popular for breakfast, and the Pelua with avocado and sweet plantains. Customers have praised the flavorful Guasacaca sauce, the moist plantains in the arepas, and the fresh-pressed dough used for sandwiches. The place is especially good for those needing gluten-free options, with many dishes suitable for celiacs, including tostones and pabellon. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the outdoor seating in downtown Santa Cruz provides a lovely setting. The restaurant's attention to detail is evident in its handmade arepas, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful packaging. The garlic sauce is highly appreciated, with some customers even buying it by the bottle. Whether for a quick, tasty meal or a special treat, Pana Venezuelan Food is a great spot to enjoy traditional Venezuelan flavors.
