We’ve been eating at Pana’s food truck for several years now and we consistently get the best tasting arepas hands down! I always get vegetarian and my husband gets chicken or beef. Such good flavor in all and the masa/shell is so tender and also has savory flavor! All their sauces are delicious but my favorite is the garlic sauce, I order a couple for the side and use for my plantains too. They are very filling! One is all either of us can finish! Appreciated that they had a vegan arepa option. It came with black beans and avocado. The arepa itself was really good and soft. It comes like a taco which makes it messy to eat. Wish they had an option of a bowl. The sauces make all the difference so don't skimp on them. They are really spicy so try a little first before going all in. We also had casava fries which were amazing. The owner/ counter person was very friendly and helpful.

Pana Food Truck provided catering for our in-house event in Palo Alto, accommodating an indoor setup without the actual truck. They were flexible and attentive to our budget needs.
Food Quality:
We selected boxed lunches featuring arepas and two sides. The ingredients were fresh and healthy, and everyone appreciated that the meal was light and easy to digest—no discomfort afterward.
