Super bad experience. We asked to be put on the waitlist to sit by the window and apparently that was such a problem. They didn’t sit us by the window. We asked a waiter and it was this young white girl and she was rude for no damn reason and said her manager can deal with us. The manager came and he wasn’t helpful, he said we have to be on the waitlist AGAIN. How does that even make sense? He was also rude and arrogant. I had to tell him his customer service was really bad for him to finally make the effort to move us by the window. We were extremely turned off by the whole situation and didn’t really order much food, just some oysters and a crab melt which were both good. Because the customer service was so bad, I will NEVER return.

On vacation looking for good food and found it amazing service. Amazing food. Each time we go to Santa Cruz. We go there for sure never let us down. Whether we're at a table or the bar, people are always checking on you and making sure you have everything you need.

I went to order takeout, and was told to order with the bartender. I stood there for over 15 minutes getting ignored by the bartender. Wasn’t even acknowledge even though I was standing right in the middle next to other patrons at the bar.

First time there and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely go back there soon. Had fish and chips and kids had chicken fingers, their fav. The Philly cheesesteak was kinda flavorless and boring but filling.
Can't beat the view.

Delicious food, fab location, highly recommend. The Seafood Boil was perfectly spiced and totally scrumptious! Chimichurri sauce with prawns was also divine 👌🏼

This was the best send off for the end of our vacation. We ate at the bar and received the best service by our bartender. She was friendly and amazingly attentive. The food was amazingly fresh and tasty. The calamari was my favorite. Also the chowder is pretty dang good. Honestly loved everything about our experience.

The service was poor. Once they took my order I couldn't get a refill on my drink. My food was burnt and unedible. They wouldn't correct thier mistake and told me it was fine. This is the worst sea food I have ever eaten.

This was the worst dining experience we have had in Santa Cruz thus far. The wait time to order and for our food to arrive was very long. When the food finally arrived, two of our meals were dropped at the table, and we had to wait even longer for them to be remade again. This ruined the dining experience as two people didn’t have their meals, but we never complained. The server was not attentive to drink refills and checking on the table. We had to ask for soda refills, and our water was never refilled. While eating, we were never checked on once by our server. We didn’t see her again until she brought the check. The dropped meals were taken off of our bill by the person in charge, which definitely should have been automatically done, but we won’t be back due to extremely poor service.

Twice they took our large group, and the service was top notch. Food is always good with a large selection.

We had a nice window seat at sunset. We ordered calamari as an appetizer which was cooked too long. We ordered halibut as it was the only locally sourced seafood on the menu, which was surprising for a seafood restaurant located on a pier over the ocean. We also ordered prawns and scallops which were also deep fried and cooked too long. Both had fries for a side which were overcooked. The side salad which cost an extra $7 was the best of the food. It was a busy Thursday evening at the restaurant and maybe the cooks lost track of the fried food. From the bar, we ordered only one cocktail, the jalapeño margarita, and that was nicely presented and tasted good. We also ordered gelato for dessert which was excellent. So, we were disappointed in the food but the experience wasn't a total loss!

This is our favorite fish and chips on the wharf. I don't think we have tried anything else, but this and the fish and chips.
