The Neptune 🥪. Drove down from Washington as a California local and had to bring my friend here to try my favorite sandwich, the Neptune. This place may seem a bit pricey but it's definitely worth it for the quality and quantity you receive 👌

I had to read why there were ratings less than 3 stars, most are over a year ago. I have eaten here several times and LOVE the food. I brought a picky friend and he ate his sandwich so fast I thought he threw it away b/c he-really is picky- and didn't want to let me know. Now he craves the brisket. It's Monday, darn it's closed..... I can wait 18hours, just writing about it made me hungry

Ok, well, I don't have ANY pictures of our food because it was so damn delicious we almost inhaled them! I had the Big Dipper and my hubby had a chicken sandwich that was so divine! We took our pup and sat outside on the patio. 10/10 recommend.

4.1/5 for the seabright sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good but considering Im paying $20 for a sandwich, I would hope I would get more pastrami on the sandwich. Flavor wise, I have no complaints but wish they added more meat.

Absolutely best sandwiches I’ve ever had! This place is all about the food. Every sandwich is unique with the perfect garnishes, sauces, and right amount of spice. Our favorite is The Cove with brisket. But their various chicken options are very good as well. The chicken is prepared freshly every day on their grill - it’s very tender and juicy as well. We usually get the sandwiches to go to eat them on the beach but the deli has plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy your sandwich. They also have a good selection of sides, snacks, desserts, and drinks. The atmosphere is very Santa Cruz - relaxed, friendly, positive. Prices are very reasonable for filling delicious sandwiches that satisfy all taste preferences.
