Good miso Ramen, service seemed like they’d certainly rather not be there. Ramen was brought out without spoons so I asked about spoons and was told “it’ll be a minute”. Would be absolutely unacceptable in Japan - just saying. Don’t appreciate being made to pay a 20% tip on groups when service is 2 star
We popped in on a whim looking for lunch while visiting Santa Cruz. Warm and friendly Finn greeted us right away and gave us choice of tables since he was the only server. It was the afternoon and the place had three other tables plus us added in. Service to our table was quick, the food arrived in a decent amount of time. I had the lunch special, steamed pork Gyoza with a TNT roll. Both were excellent. Nice experience.
Went here with my girlfriend a while ago and was pleasantly surprised by the food selection. Everything we ordered ended up being good and filling especially for the price! The only complaint I would have to make is that I wish their drink selection was bigger but overall the food options tasted really good for the price. If you go here I would recommend the tonkatsu ramen and a salmon sushi roll.
