Cute restaurant, really amazing sushi, curry chicken, and tonkatsu ramen were all amazing. The staff was very nice, we had a friend with a birthday and they brought out free matcha ice cream. The only downside was that the service was super slow (they did warn us it would be slow). It took about an hour for our food to get there. Aside from that, it was a super lovely meal, pretty cute interior, and lots of seating.
Shogun has real fresh wasabi on the menu, and it is delicious! The rice, agedashi tofu, amazingly good toasted rice green tea, bento box meal, and miso soup were all delicious! The ume shiso has so much flavor! The service was very good. The atmosphere is very nice. The restaurant has gorgeous kimonos on display.
I've been to this restaurant a couple of times and the food has been good. There are a decent number of vegan roll options.
The server wasn't great on my most recent visit. The food wasn't all brought out at the same time and I had to flag him down for a water refill. He left the dirty dishes on our table even after he brought us our bill.
This wasn't my experience on my first visit so maybe it's a training issue.
