“First time going. My daughter picked this place on her maps because it was open late and said it had a drive-thru. Unfortunately, there was no drive-thru, but I'm not sure if they closed it at a certain time or if it's a false advertisement. Other than that, this starbucks was a good experience. Employee’s were welcoming. The seating was cute and vintage. My 12 year old and 4 year old gives this place 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
“I must give a shout out to Charles who works here at the Starbucks located inside the Safeway on Mission west side!I watched him take his time to help a younger boy help him figure out the balance on his gift card and also take special care with his younger sister.When I stepped up to order my brew, he was so helpful and polite with a great sense of humor!It’s so nice to see people like Charles after getting coffee at 11th hour on the west side where the barista and the very watered down coffee there left me with a very different impression.Shout out to Charles at Starbucks in Safeway!!Not only did he make me a nice cup of joe but he was kind, helpful and obviously cares about the patrons:)“
“Your standard Starbucks experience, but with a beach down the street! It's a great option to grab a coffee if you're craving a Starbucks. The staff are friendly, and the experience is exactly what you'd expect from a Starbucks. This is my go to location in Santa Cruz due to its proximity to the beach.“
