“I love coming in and hanging out. You can get free coffee refills. Also when you start accumulating points, more and more you'll be able to buy stuff for free. Power outlets are here. That's very important to me Not every establishment has outlets anymore. You can plug your stuff in. But, you have to know where the outlets are up here. They're not available for every table.“
“I must give a shout out to Charles who works here at the Starbucks located inside the Safeway on Mission west side!I watched him take his time to help a younger boy help him figure out the balance on his gift card and also take special care with his younger sister.When I stepped up to order my brew, he was so helpful and polite with a great sense of humor!It’s so nice to see people like Charles after getting coffee at 11th hour on the west side where the barista and the very watered down coffee there left me with a very different impression.Shout out to Charles at Starbucks in Safeway!!Not only did he make me a nice cup of joe but he was kind, helpful and obviously cares about the patrons:)“

I sit in this Starbucks twice or three times a week and it is outstanding . From the honesty when it’s busy to the safety of the staff and guests that Heather demands (they have dealt with serious issues swiftly and strongly) I can only suggest we appreciate the commitment the staff have to the people that come here. It’s RARE. Even within their network. So please, be patient, be kind, and be appreciative because very kind people work awfully hard to deliver for a company in flux.“
