This was the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. Allison yelled “I can’t hear you” very rudely at me while taking my order, she needs customer service training. I ordered a drink and a cookie and I waited about 10 minutes for my drink which was fine but then had to wait for almost 10 more minutes for the cookie which I asked to not be warmed up and they warmed up. The place was crowded with a ton of kids talking very loudly and just overall not an inviting atmosphere.

Wrong food. Not hot. Staff not paying attention. My gf is lactose intolerant. We asked for her drink with oat milk. The label says oat milk. But that’s not how it was made. I’ll spare the graphics you get the point. This location seems to care more about charging a surprise cup fee than actually taking care of the customer. I’ll know better than to go to a star bucks in Santa Cruz in the future.

I love coming in and hanging out. You can get free coffee refills. Also when you start accumulating points, more and more you'll be able to buy stuff for free. Power outlets are here. That's very important to me Not every establishment has outlets anymore. You can plug your stuff in. But, you have to know where the outlets are up here. They're not available for every table.

The cashier was rude and unpleasant. Unhappy energy, and can't spell or hear. I waited 10 extra minutes because she entered the wrong name for my drink, and it sat on the counter getting cold until I asked about it because I saw that the guy behind me in line had already received his. Baristas were nice and normal though.
I live right by this Starbucks and the past two times I’ve gotten a bacon Gouda sandwich it didn’t taste right. It tasted Burnt but it wasn’t burnt and kinda had like a toxic smell.

I am thankful Starbucks will give you a cup of hot water for $0.25 and I can make the Irish Breakfast tea I buy at Safeway or Trader Joe's.

Came here around 9:30 on Oct. 20th. Barista was extremely rude. They made the drinks wrong. I ordered two identical iced drinks. One was only filled halfway, the other didn’t have any sweetener.
I asked her for assistance. She stared at me, then walked away. She gave me attitude, blamed me for the iced drink being empty “we called your name several times and you let the drink sit out too long” (I grabbed them as soon as they were called). Iced drinks don’t evaporate.

This location is usually great drinks made right . But today this specific barista jade . Was doing way more talking then working which is annoying when you’ve been waiting 10+ minutes for something that takes 3 minutes to heat up and there’s NO orders ??♀️ work and talk . Not talk 1st ?
