We arrived with high expectations because the place itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly disappointing and, at moments, humiliating. We were treated differently and made to feel unwelcome simply for being Latino. Because of this, we decided to leave. It's unfortunate and unacceptable that experiences like this still happen

The meal was delicious and served warm. Short ribs and salmon always sound safe but these were actually excellent . We sat on the patio under the geathers. Server was kind and tried. Manager not around when we asked for one. Oscar was delightful.

Always love this place. Have been coming for many years. My opinion the last couple have been the best all around. Many memories and great times here.

Breakfast with Santa was absolutely wonderful. We had a large group of 26, and Manager Abram who also happens to be the chef took exceptional care of us. His presence was felt everywhere: seating guests, bussing tables, replenishing the buffet, and warmly engaging with all the children. Did not seem to miss anyone throughout the event, astounding. As a former hotel operator, I was truly inspired. Genuine hospitality like this is rare to come by these days. Despite how busy it was, the entire staff remained friendly, attentive, and gracious. We even stayed after the event ended just to personally thank Abram for his incredible effort. It's our sincere hope that this message reaches the right people so he receives the recognition he absolutely deserves.

Phenomenal food and drink. Oscar and Kevin at the Bar were great. Had some wine, drinks and tried the steak as well as short rib. Ordered a couple apps. Full stop delicious. Looking forward to the next time already! Will be back for breakfast too.

Had Braised Short Rib and Calamary. Best in the state. We travel for work and pleasure. Might be could be best we've ever had. Chilly night but heaters on and lovely all around.

Waitress may be very busy last night and we did not see her came by after she put down our glasses of water.

We were there for the Thanksgiving buffet. Had to wait 30 minutes past our reserve time, no explanation why. They had water stations to get your own water but the glasses were always out. Ordered beer and it came just before we finished our meal. So not sure, maybe they were understaffed or didn't plan right for the numbers. Food was so so, not worth what it cost.

For the price we paid, I would have expected more. Service was marginal...took forever to get drinks. The food in the dinner was cold. Our reservation was at 6 pm and they still had breakfast in the food trays. Don't know how long that had been sitting out there. This dinner was for Thanksgiving.....they were out of turkey, no mash potatoes, no gravy, no stuffing and vegetables were limited. After my first small serving, I went back to the same dinning room, where they were in the process of close it. They were diverting guess to a second dinner down the hall. Again, food was cold however there was more food. Unfortunately, because of the lack of food in the first diner, everyone one was flock to get their fill. Poor management regarding restocking of food and amounts. For a price tag of almost $400 for three people and an automatic gratitude tip of $55, I felt it was hardly a good deal. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I dine here😡

We went on Thanksgiving and we had reservations for 5:30. Parking would have been troublesome, but they had valet. Even though the restaurant was going to be open for many more hours and they ran out of some of the basic foods like rolls and cranberry sauce before we got there. We chose this restaurant because it had a large gluten-free menu, even for the holidays.... The food was fantastic, but unfortunately ALL of the gluten free desserts were gone by 6:15 p.m and the regular desserts were running very thin by that time also. With that in mind, it was not worth $100 a person. Would I go again for a holiday? Yes, because the restaurants with GF food is limited, but would definitely come way earlier.

I ordered a ginger ale when I sat down. I left an hour later and it never came, though I was told it was coming three separate times. They were out of turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy at the same time. I waited 15 mins for them to arrive and the turkey was lukewarm. The food itself was superb and the variety was great, but the place was horrendously under staffed and unprepared. And when I picked up my car from valet, the drivers were smoking weed. Management failures all around.

We we ant as a family if 4 for thanksgiving. The location is beautiful especially if you catch the sunset. However the outdoor tables and chairs need updating (short tables and chairs that didn't match. Felt like eating at a kids table) and some heaters were not working making it very conks for guests and the food went cold very quickly. The buffet was extensive although I don't think it needed any breakfast items. The idea of lamb, salmon and beef in addition to turkey was good. But I would have liked a traditional turkey carving station. Not turkey slices pre cooked in gravy. You missed the green beans completely. The cranberry sauce was scant and we didn't get any. The sauce for the lamb was unique and good. Loved the yams and mash potatoes although they needed salt and garlic and chives would have been a nice addition to the flavor. The desserts were extensive which was great but, unnecessary again. Just apple, pumpkin, pecan pies would have been enough with vanilla ice cream. The servers were not attentive, we had to get our own water put her and glasses. You ran out of goblets! Over all, it was a great view an ok Thanksgiving meal although very bland, we will not come again for Thanksgiving. But, maybe try a regular dinner.

The Thanksgiving buffet( 1230pm reservation) was beautifully executed. There was perfectly cooked prime rib, turkey and roast lamb. That in itself makes the dinner a win. There was a fish selection of poke, crab, oysters and shrimp and the sides were plentiful. One could choose breakfast items if so inclined. Desserts were good with a massive selection of choice. I lean to saying the carrot cake was one of the better I've ever had as it was not cloyingly sweet. The icing wasn't typical cream cheese but it was good. The staff was attentive. The entire hotel staff was pleasant. It's a hectic day for staff but they didn't show it. A relatively insignificant thing was the coffee was cold. I'm sure if I pointed it out it, a new pot would've arrived. I just switched to tea. If the price stays more or less on point, we may have found a new family tradition for 4. Congratulations to Chaminade.

Fun Thanksgiving Brunch. It's my second year doing it. Food is very good and the buffet has a lot of options. Last year they had a great guitarist outside that was fun to listen to. This year they only had a piano player inside at the bar. Felt like a downgrade. We could not enjoy as much. The service was good but slow. They are busy and a large dining restaurant so don't bring your city expectations of fine dining to this restaurant. If you come to relax and enjoy a slow pace of life this is a good spot. The view and atmosphere are very nice.

The outside view at sunset was amazing! Seeing the light crack through the trees and the water in the backdrop made celebrating my wife's birthday and my daughter's birthday so special. Some young deer even came up! Our server, Andrew, truly made the experience for us. He was very attentive, his positive and lively energy was contagious, and he made the birthday girls feel special.
