Fun spot if there's only a few people there, it was like early in the evening 9pm and not many people but wow it took like 20 minutes to order, another 20 to get food, then we wanted to get another round of beers and there was like maybe 10 people in front and we waited for a bit and the line didn't move because they only had one lady working the counter and she clearly needed another person to help but she was also like hanging out with the only other employee and didn't seem to have much of a sense of urgency for the line that was just sitting there.
2 burgers and 2 beers was 52$ also.
Burgers were really good though but wow being nearly an hour just to get some burgers and another round of beer.
I can only imagine how bad it would be with an actual crowd on the weekend.
Pool is 12$/hr also,we got mismatched balls which was annoying for our pool game.
I guess can't expect much for a weekday like Tuesday
I didn't get any food, so I'm not rating that. I actually went on a Sunday night because my phone said they have table tennis tables there. I was told they do, but only on weekdays, and I haven't been back there since. I wanted to rate it high because staff was friendly towards me and answered my questions in cheerful and thorough manner. I really liked the vibe of the place and intend on going back soon.
Fun place to play pool and they also host Santa Cruz Chess club on Thursday nights from 6 pm to 10 pm which is a lot of fun too. The staff is friendly and the food and drinks are great!
Pool, darts, ping pong. I personally think it's the best spot to chill at night in Santa Cruz.

I’ve only been once but it seemed like a cool spot to go for college kids. They have a ton of pool tables and three dart boards. I also saw that there was a ping pong table folded up in the corner and a few old school pinball machines.

Sat down at the bar to be blatantly ignored by the bartenders. So I left.
Bartender told us the pool tables were closed (at a pool hall?) but then started calling out names for pool table reservationsThis place also doesn't serve pitchers of beer (again, at a pool hall?)Staff were very polite, just seems like a really weird way to run a billiards place
Cool place. Drinks were good and fairly priced. There are plenty of pool tables to play on. Has a good restroom but only one.

Super fun billiards hall, with a ton to do. Has a great vibe, reasonable drink prices, and fun people.

This used to be an old software development company called Haptek. It's weird seeing what used to be office space turned into a pool hall.
Really nice place, great atmosphere and great music. Spend three nights on the trot coming here. But unfortunately was let down by the waitress who finished at 8:30pm each night. Ordered 2 $6 beers only for it to come to $17. I questioned it but was told "it's tax". I later discovered that tax is 7% and she ripped me off by either tipping herself or ordering herself a drink on my tab. I didn't go back for the rest of my visit. Real shame as she let the place down by "fleecing tourists".So I would recommend going but beware this one bartender.

The brunette woman in her 50’s is the rudest and most awful bartender. She got my drink order wrong and then blamed me even though it was her fault! When she gave me the drink I ordered it tasted awful. I was being nice but she was so obnoxious that my friends and I left. I see other bad reviews about her so I don’t know why she still works here.

Good atmosphere, mostly college age persons there. Besides 10+ pool tables there are darts and ping pong. On the night I was there, they put on a beer pong tournament that really drew in the crowds. The kitchen stops food service at 10 pm. I can't comment on the food, I never had any.The bartenders were fast with the drinks and seemed friendly. All the staff seemed to enjoy working there.
