I've come here numerous times and they never fail to make the food delicious!I got the Quesabirria Tacos this time (I have gotten tortas and tacos every other time). I thought the flag was a nice addition, so I decided to take a picture and review it this time!If you are ever at the Capitola Mall, you should stop by, the food is definitely as delicious as it looks!

Terrific surprise. Finding this food truck was really fortuitous. The flavours were amazing and truly fresh. We had the Baja burrito and tacos and just loved them. The service was fine and the cost was overall good. The only thing that was really expensive were the drinks. Somewhere we will search out again.

I realize the Capitola Mall food court is not a meal destination. But, Taquizas Gabriel has made it a destination for me. Their tacos are AMAZING! No matter which meat I choose for tacos, they are all tasty. The shrimp taco is my favorite. Cooked perfectly, not overdone and tough like you get at many other restaurants. The chicken and pastor are also great. The young man behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Food came out fast. I had their food at a private event recently and was impressed with their setup which included fruit, chips, guac, beans, rice and other accoutrements. This is our new Mexican go-to place.

Gabriel made this an excellent experience from the first contact until his team left our party. We had Taquizas Gabriel Food Truck come for our company party. We will definitely use him again! Gabriel called me very quickly after I left a message, he sent me the information about the different packages and then allowed some changes. They were there when they said they would arrive, quickly had everything set up and was ready to serve tacos in a few minutes! The truck was very clean and they were clearly prepared to make everyone happy!! Tacos were all delicious, everyone was very happy! We will book Taquizas Gabriel again!! Thank you Gabriel!!

This is by far the best "fast" Mexican food I've had. I would not compare it to fast food but to a great neighborhood family restaurant. Everything is made fresh and it is obvious! I had the birria burrito and it was delicious! The meat was tender and juicy. The service was super friendly as well. I also found out they do catering! Highly recommend!

Best Mexican food I've had in town I think we got the birria taco/quesadilla fusion the flavor was insane the meat was so good amazing cheese great texture delicious broth the presentation was amazing and the food was even better and the price was so good we got a big meal enough for us to share and desert included with the delicious hot churros with whip cream and chocolate and a large horchata for 20 with tip included$!!! Would recommend this place to anyone and the staff was super sweet as well, thank you guys! Ps. The salsas were all super good also!

We got a vegetarian super burrito and a asada one. We also got fries Plus the food seemed fairly fresh they let you grab as much salsa and sauce as you need and the food was hot. The fries though hot I would personally not get again they need salt or something they were very bland and sort of freezer tasting. So no thanks my burrito they did forget the cheese wasn't the end of the world but I think it would have added flavor it did seem clean so I'm definitely willing to give them another shot . We will probably try something else though.
