Frankly, I don't understand the negative reviews. I haven't been to their retail store but I enjoy the Aguas frescas every Sunday at the Carmel mid-Valley farmers market. The gentleman operating the stand is very kind, considerate and patient. He is always willing to give you a sample if you are unsure of your choice.
