I LOVED this place before they closed a few years ago, and was happy to try it out since finding that they recently reopened. We stopped by tonight, to which the employee who greeted me at the door grabbed me some slices. My spouse was happy to hear that it happened to be Sicilian Saturday. The slices we took home were delicious!! We tried the summer pie, cheese, and pepperoni. It was SO GOOD. The employee was really nice an accommodating even though they were almost closed. I'm looking forward to trying their weekday pie and sitting outdoors.

I'm from New Jersey. The state with the BEST pizza. This was really comparable. I had the classic. Ordered it on line and prayed it was going to be good. I have never in my life paid $42 for a large pizza. It was really good. Sourdough crust was pretty soggy in the middle but really good texture at the end of the crust. It was saucy and not super cheesy but perfect amount. The only reason o gave it 4 stars is the price. Kinda outrageous.

REJOICE! The taproom is finally open! (Well sort of...boo covid). I moved to the Santa Cruz area and *thankfully* quickly discovered uncommon brewers. If you open my fridge on any given day, you can bet there's a can of long form tripple in there. Seriously, it's amazing and dang does it pack a punch. Uncommon brewers is hands down my favorite brewing company. I sadly haven't had a chance to try it on tap because when I went back in June they weren't pouring yet but I am anxiously awaiting that moment! In terms of customer service- everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Mike took time out of his day to explain the beers and their unique back stories. Alec (the brewer) was super rad too.I love the uniqueness of their selection- it truly is an uncommon beer experience that you NEED to try. You haven't had beer like this before I can promise you that. If you're bored of IPA EVERYTHING (I know I am)...and want to taste some delicious beers, you definitely have to check this spot out.

Super delicious and unique beer and pizza! I had the "Hopricot" today at their comfortable outside seating area. I feel like that often when beer is named after a fruit or flavor, one of two things happen, either it's wayyy too much flavor or non-existent. This was not the case here, the beer was so well balanced and tasty. I bought a "Ventana" (brewed with redwood branches) to take home, and I'm really looking forward to trying it (14.5% ).I had a slice of the white pie and it was so good! Very fresh and original. I'll definitely be back, and looking forward to when we can sit inside. The interior looks very cool and tropical.

So happy Uncommon Brewers has finally reopened this tasting room! The pizza they're doing now is delicious - a variety of options that are both original and unique. I got slices of the classic with sausage and kale & the summer with broccoli rabe and some lemon zest - that was unexpectedly amazing! The caeser salad was on point, too. I drank a Double Pale while eating, and took a couple 4-packs to-go. They set up some tables outside to stay in line with social distancing rules and I guess they do delivery too. We will be back for more!
