A delightful ice cream shop that provides great seasonal flavors and a few non-dairy options as well. The highlight here is definitely their marshmallow fluff for $1 atop a waffle cone, but it is also incredible how they're the only creamery in-town that makes their ice cream from scratch!
We were in the area to eat at the noisy, not delicious, wildly overrated Thai restaurant on the same street. I left hungry and annoyed. PENNY ICE CREAM REDEEMED THE NIGHT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MORE INTENSE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM IN MY ENTIRE LIFE AND PROBABLY WON'T AGAIN unless I go back there.

I got the golden milk, but tried the dark chocolate as well. I thought both flavors were good and rich. The golden milk felt kind of savory to me, but I ultimately liked it! A couple of vegan options that were labeled btw. Would recommend if anyone is vegan in your group.
