Delicious food, good taste 👌
We had the tonkatsu ramen and it was rich and flavorful. All of the ingredients are high quality and delicious! Probably the best ramen I’ve had in SoCal. Great staff as well!

HiroNori Craft Ramen receives mixed reviews. Some call it some of the best ramen ever, with the shoyu ramen with chicken, extra chili oil, and spicy sauce hitting the spot, plus awesome vegan gyozas. The Tonkotsu was so rich and creamy it was to die for. Service is often described as super nice, friendly, and amazing, even when busy with only one server. However, others find the food mediocre, noting the broth changed and did not taste good, giving bad heartburn, and the crispy chicken was burnt. The restaurant is nice, clean, and modern, but too small and busy. They charge a mandatory 18% service charge, which feels forceful. Mobile ordering is sometimes shut off, making it unreliable for a hurry. The music is a bit loud but comfortable, and the restaurant can be cold. Overall, the place is hit or miss, but sometimes worth the gamble.
