If you’re visiting or local- go to JUST BAKED! A thoughtful & talented local business! We are local to Paso and Just Baked is our FAVORITE. There’s many reasons. It is DELICIOUS. From their food to their coffee and dirty sodas! It is such a breath of fresh air living in wine country as a family. It is our #1 choice to go to whether I’m by myself or my kids because they truly welcomes their guests. I don’t feel like my kids are a burden. (Take note local spots!) 🫶🏻 We go to downtown park a lot and it’s just so natural to go to just baked to grab something. I love that we are supporting a loving and thoughtful local business and it is such great bakery items! We love everything we have! I don’t drink so it’s also SO nice they have dirty sodas! (Again, take note local spots;) from the seasonal decor, to the thoughtful smiles, to the hardworking staff, and delicious food.. it is THE BEST.

I had a wonderful experience at this establishment! Although I had never visited before, I had heard good things. A friend invited me to try the quiche this evening, and it was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional; everyone greeted us warmly with polite smiles as we entered. I will definitely be returning!

Would not recommend for large events. We used this baker for our wedding on April 5. The cake was burnt and dry—so bad we ended up throwing away 75% of it. When I brought it up, I was gaslit by Libby, who claimed none of it was discarded according to the event manager and wedding planner… as though they’d know better than the people who actually ate it (or didn’t). Maybe she’s fine for small cakes or events, but not for a larger occasion like a wedding.

Our favorite spot in town! Cutest atmosphere and friendliest girls working. We are obsessed with the Rice Krispie treats, almond croissants, lemon bars, and the kids love the cupcakes (I love that they come in a mini size for them). We love spending mornings here having a treat and a coffee! Coffee is delish also.
This was our second visit to this bakery, and just like the first time, it completely exceeded our expectations—both in flavor and customer service. The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and informed that their electronic payment system was temporarily down, and they were only able to accept cash. Fortunately, that wasn’t an issue for us, and we went ahead with our order.
As we were preparing to pay, Libby, one of the staff members, offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. She was incredibly kind and understanding, acknowledging the situation and going out of her way to ensure we still had a positive experience. To our surprise, she quickly calculated our total and only charged us $20 for an order that should have been close to $40. It was such a generous and unexpected gesture that really spoke volumes about the bakery’s commitment to customer satisfaction and community goodwill. She said it was our lucky and and we left extremely happy and excited to eat our treats.
