Libby and her team did my desserts for my wedding and they knocked it out of the park! My now hubby has the biggest sweet tooth so this one was a decision he was apart of! We did a sample tasting where I went and purchased all the cookie and cupcake options and went home and taste. 10/10 recommend that! It was a fun date night we had our friends apart of! The day of the wedding they delivered all my goodies and set things up beautifully! I’m so thankful for Libby and her team at the bakery for being apart of our big day! 💕

I love the food here so much! My husband and I go for special occasions so we don’t make it a habit. We get pastries, myself the ham and Brie tart (12 out of 10 I swear) or the whipped cream stuffed croissant muffin (a perfect sweet treat for someone who doesn’t prefer chocolate). My husband gets the almond croissant (huge!) or monkey bread. The staff is always lovely and the decor is peak. I’ve never tried the cookies or coffee but the whole sweets section is always top tier in appearance so imagine they’re just as good as the pastries.

Coffee and scones were nice treat. Service was very good and friendly. Specifically went there to find a local bakery for a cake. We bought a cake for my husband's Birthday. It was not fresh. Tasted like a poor quality commercial cake that had either been previously frozen or was several days old. Very disappointed. Certainly will never buy there again.
This is the cutest place! Not only do they have the most impressive selection of delicious baked goods, there is a wonderfully curated little gift shop with unique finds. They even have little games for kiddos to play while you eat/wait for your order. Absolutely love this addition to Paso.

This bakery is amazing. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten from there. I don’t even like scones and I loved their blueberry scone. And sometimes they turn “mistakes” into a one-time offering that is so delicious. One was a pumpkin tres leches cake that was one of the best cakes I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend. This location downtown also has more diverse offerings than their shop in Paso Market Walk, which is nice.

The cookies are absolutely amazing actually, every treat they offer is spot on! And don’t even get me started on the iced coffee it’s perfection. If anyone’s looking for a place with incredible treats, Just Baked is hands down my top recommendation!
Yes its a bit overpriced, yes some places are more comfy, a bit more friendly, but that said the cookies, cupcakes, and desserts here are yummy. Spoil yourself, "you're worth it".

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. As we walked through the door we were warmly greeted and this continued for every other customer. The owner came and chatted to us twice. I came think of more friendly experience and on a busy holiday weekend, that I've experienced. The store has been decorated beautifully for the festive season, which was a hit with the kids. 🍪🍰☕

What a wonderful little find! Was originally disappointed that the local donut shop I usually stop by when in town wasnt open that day, but then Just Baked melted that sadness right away! bought a dozen treats that were quartered and shared with my crew so got to sample alot of their treats and each 1 was a delight! The true winner though for me was some sort of Caramelly-apple-creamcheese danish-type-AMAZING THING! BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend
