Their pho tastes really nice, it has nice light tasting broth with the perfect noodles to match. I really can’t rate the service though because I’ve only eaten inside once (they have a good pickup service that’s great for introverts, or just someone who’s in a rush). I believe they do have a bar there but it’s not like a full on pub, so I’d say it’s still pretty child friendly. They’ve got plenty of other good stuff too. :)
I needed a pick-me-up after recovering from a fluke over the weekend, and the best way to do it was by ordering a bowl of beef pho. This place is one of the few places on the central coast that serves pho. As for the quality of the pho, I must say that I’ve had better in other places like Sacramento, where large Vietnamese community resides. After all when I’m craving pho or need a magical cure, I almost always go to Al Pho.
The food is delicious. But the customer service sucks. There’s a women who I’ve seen yell at customers because they have accidently try to sit before ordering. They should put a huge sign outside. Sometimes people don’t know how it works and it’s their first time. But I’ve seen the same employee always yell at customers. Don’t bother ordering over the phone. They will put you on hold for 5-10 minutes and sometimes the call drops. It’s easier to just wait in line...
